Protest DEADLINE is MAY 15th (or 30 days from Appraisal Notice date)

We want to make sure to remind everyone who received a notice in early April that the DEADLINE to PROTEST is MAY 15th. The Appraisal District Staff is here to help you with your concerns. But if a protest is not timely filed, only the Appraisal Review Board has authority to consider accepting a late protest and it is based on establishing a Good Cause for the late filing. PLEASE make sure to TIMELY file your Notice of Protest by MAY 15TH!!

In Service to You,

The Ellis Appraisal District Team
